The power outage is still...

Hello! I'm Manat, a Nigerian expatriate.

The electricity has still not been restored since last Friday.

This is really ... tough.

At night, it's so hot I don't know how to sleep, and it's been difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Just at the start of the new year, I am experiencing the reality of Nigeria firsthand.

This power outage is the longest I have ever experienced , and we have no idea when it will be restored. There is very little information available, so all we can do is wait.

I wanted to use the generator, but unfortunately it was broken and didn't work.

This really hit me hard.

I have once again come to realize how difficult it is to live without electricity.
During a power outage, there are only limited things you can do, and your work efficiency will decrease.

We are also struggling to charge our phones and get internet access, which is affecting every aspect of our daily lives.

I just hope that I can return to my normal life soon.
